Since we spoke up in 2019, hundreds of people from Sinai and beyond have reached out to share their stories of discrimination within healthcare.

We are glad that our actions have led to a movement. And we are determined to see positive changes made at Mount Sinai and in all of academic medicine. Our colleagues, trainees and patients are depending on us to win this fight.

- And we've partnered with national organizations doing this important work to ensure our efforts are not limited to NYC alone.
